CAMS Meeting Minutes

Attendance: Rob Carlo, Joe Ludwig, Wilber Terner, Ron Leopardi, Joe Dicenza, Dan Hutchings, Tony Steiner and Paul Osinski

Wilber Turner called the meeting to order at 6:51PM.

Minutes from last month’s meeting read. Accepted by Joe – seconded by Wilber.

Treasurer’s report was read, motion made by Joe – seconded by Ron - and accepted.

Old Business:
Paul extended his thank you to Tony for putting the outhouse back in place.

At an earlier meeting the club agreed to give Toby 300.00 for cutting the field for the season but it was never decided as to when to pay him. Motion was carried to pay Toby every 6 weeks.

New Business:
In order to repair the tire ruts between Mikes hanger and where the crushed stone starts in the driveway, it was decided to purchase more crushed stone. Joe Dicenza and Joe Ludwig will look into pricing and delivery. A motion was made by Tony to budget 300.00 for the crushed stone. Voted all in favor.

Tony is willing to construct sides for our structure but has a plan in his head. It was agreed to allow him to build it the way he would like. A motion was made by Rob and seconded by Wilber to budget 400.00 for the construction. Voted all in favor.

The Broken Prop Award (A C.A.M.S. tradition) has become active again. Voting for the recipiant will be held at the November meeting.

Motion to accept new business made by Tony, second by Dan.
