Meeting Minutes:
Attendance: Dan Hutchings, Ron Leopardi, Joe Ludwig, Joe Dicenza,Tony Steiner, Wilber Terner and Paul Osinski
Wilber Turner called the meeting to order at 6:50
Minutes from the last month's meeting read. Accepted by Wilber - seconded by Joe Dicenza.
Treasurer's report was read, motion made by Joe Ludwig- second by Ron Leopardi- and accepted
Old Business:
Joe did not get a real estate sign for the field. Paul volunteered to build a sign and put it in place. Tony made the motion to allow Paul to do that.
New Business:
Guests from the indoor fly: Art Hughes, Matt Macgliven
Members: Gary Howe, Tony Steiner, John Steel, Steve Lissberger
Tony Suggested we make exception of out by-laws to allow non members to fly more than 3 times per year.
As part of our new insurance the club decided to add Tony Steiner as an additional trainer.
Because of the amount in the Treasury Paul will talk to Toby to discuss his care of the field this year and build a database of dues still owed to get an idea what kind of funds the club has to work with.
Motion to accept the New and Old Business made by Wilber , second by Joe Dicenza.
