CAMS Meeting Minutes

Attendance:
Wilber Turner, Joe Ludwig, Joe Dicenza, Steve Lissberger, Tony Steiner and Paul Osinski

Wilber Turner called the meeting to order at 3:57PM.

Minutes from last month’s meeting read. Accepted by Joe – seconded by Wilber.

Treasurer’s report was read, motion made by Wilber – seconded by Joe - and accepted.

Old Business:

Joe Dicenza and Joe Ludwig are still negotiating pricing and delivery of crush and Run for the driveway at the field. Steve Lissberger has joined the committee for acquiring the cursed stone. He tells us that Suit Coat may be a possibility for a supplier.

New Business:

The dates for our picnic’s have been set. The Summer picnic will be held on August 22nd with a rain date of the 23rd. The Fall picnic has been slated for October 3rd with a rain date of the 10th.

Our next meeting will be July 16th. Take special note as that is one week later than our usual meeting date.
