CAMS Meeting Minutes

Attendance: Wilber Turner, Tony Steiner, Ron Loepardi, Joe Ludwig, John Steel, Paul Osinski

Wilber Turner called the meeting to order at 6:40

Minutes from last month’s meeting read. Accepted by Wilber – seconded by Tony.

Treasurer’s report was read, motion made by John – seconded by Joe - and accepted.

Old Business:

None at this time.

New Business:

Paul announced the new web site. A discussion was conducted about what else should be added. Additions will include a members area where members can find full contact information and paid dues. Also for public view would be our By-Laws, membership information and a mission statement.

Tony will be renting the County Office Gymnasium for an electric fun fly. The cost for renting the gym is 30.00 that will be divided by the participants. Date to be announced.

This years Officer Nominations were:

Don Pierce – President

Toby Pierce – Safety Officer

The Nominees were not present to accept their nominations. As a result a motion was made that if the Nominees did not accept their nominations that the currant officers serve for 2010.

Motion to accept New and old Business made by Wilber, second by John.
