CAMS Meeting Minutes:
Attendance:Wilber Turner, Ron Leopardi, Tony Steiner, Gary Babbitt, Paul Osinski, Toby Pierce
Wilber Turner called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM
Minutes from the last month's meeting read. Accepted by Wilber- seconded by Tony
Treasurer's report was read, motion made by - Wilber second by Gary - and accepted
Old Business:
A long discussion about the care of the field was conducted. A volinteer list was suggested but was decided that not enough members were presant to make a full list. In the end Tony motioned to pay Toby $150.00 for the year to maintain the field. Paul - Second. Voted all in favor.
New Business:
Tony makes motion to add to the by-laws that any AMA that belongs to another club, accompinied by a CAMS member can fly as often as they want at our field. Second by Paul. Voted all in.
Work party to be held on May 1st at 1:00 PM to make improvements to our road, enclosure, trim trees and to repair the outhouse door.
The membership in attendance welcomed our newest member; Gary Babbitt of Cortland. Welcome Gary!
Motion to accept the New and Old Business made by Wilber, second by Tony.
